The sun setting behind and silhouetting buildings in Cambridge

'Researcher Development' (RD) encompasses all the learning and development that equips PhD students with the skills needed to successfully complete their research degree and prepare them for their future careers.

The Researcher Development Fellows Programme sees us working with postdocs as partners to support and train you in designing and delivering RD workshops within your departments and subjects areas.

The programme will introduce you to designing and facilitating interactive teaching, and you will be supported in delivering your own (paid) workshop. The experience you gain in the programme will form the basis of an application for 'Associate Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy' (AFHEA), through the Cambridge Recognition Scheme.

Applications close on Monday 9 December.

For more information, key dates and to apply, please visit the Researcher Development Fellows Programme webpage.
