Winners of the 2024 Pilkington Prize with PVC Bhaskar Vira and VC Deborah Prentice at St John's College

We recently enjoyed a beautiful evening at St John's College celebrating the 2024 winners of the Pilkington Prize, on Friday 21 June.

Twelve members of staff were celebrated for their outstanding contributions to education, with the Prizes awarded by Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Education Professor Bhaskar Vira and Vice-Chancellor Professor Deborah Prentice. We were also pleased to be joined by relatives of the donors, Ros & Jeff Christian and Angela Cooper.

To find out more about this year's winners, please see our Pilkington Prize pages, where you can also find a history of the Prize and details of the nomination process.
