The sun setting behind and silhouetting buildings in Cambridge

Are you a Cambridge postdoc looking to gain valuable teaching experience?

The Researcher Development Team coordinate the University's core programme of workshops and activities designed to equip PhD students with the skills needed to successfully complete their research degree and prepare for their future.

Their new Researcher Development Fellows Programme is intended to provide postdoctoral researchers with more opportunities to gain teaching experience, while enhancing this core provision with more discipline-specific activities for students.

As a participant on the programme, you will attend a series of workshops introducing you to the design and facilitation of interactive teaching, receive a one-to-one tutorial, and design and deliver your own workshop. You will also receive support in drafting a successful application for Associate Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy, an internationally-recognised accreditation of your commitment to teaching & learning.
