Glass award and flowers from the 2019 Students Union Student-Led Teaching Awards

The Student-Led Teaching Awards are hosted annually by the Cambridge Students' Union. These awards, which reward outstanding teaching and student support across the Collegiate University, are entirely led by students: nominations are submitted by students, judged by a panel of students, and awarded prizes by students.

A nomination for a Student-Led Teaching Award is thus truly an honour, coming directly from the very students a member of staff has had an impact on. The awards represent a unique opportunity for students not only to recognise the exceptional contribution of individual staff members to their education at Cambridge, but also to highlight the kinds of teaching and support that students value.

If you have an experience of outstanding teaching or pastoral care, this is your opportunity to thank and acknowledge that person: the SLTAs cannot exist without you!
